Enchanting West Sussex

Titty Hill is nestled in the Milland Valley close to the market town of Midhurst, West Sussex - the heart of the South Downs National Park. Dubbed the gateway to England, the South Downs is a land of enchanting countryside of undulating chalk hills and ancient woodland. With its fairytale castles, starry restaurants, and fine wines, this county provides residents and visitors with a thriving slice of English culture and countryside.

Around and About

Sitting almost equidistant between the old market towns of Midhurst, Petersfield and Haslemere, Titty Hill Farm sits at the end of the little lane of the same name overlooking a pretty green. Local houses have elevations of sandstone with brick quoining, the sandstone of which has been quarried from West Sussex for hundreds of years. Closer than the towns is the village of Milland, which is a comfortable 30-minute walk away and home to local pub The Rising Sun and Milland Stores.

Local Trails

There are numerous trails on our doorstep, and there is something for all abilities. Each cabin is equipped with an OS map and several walking books of the area. We are also well located for three of the most beautiful trails in the southeast - see below.

Serpent Trail - 106km (65 miles)

South Downs Way - 160km (100 miles)

New Lipchis Way - 60km (37 miles)
